Use and maintenance of fluorine-lined pump

Installation and precautions:

1. Make the concrete foundation according to the size of the foundation, and bury the foot bolts at the same time.

2. Check the pump and motor before installing the fluoride-lined pump. All the parts should be in good condition. There should be no impurities in the pump.

3. On the base of the device, a pair of wedge-shaped pads are placed between the substrate and the base, and the pump position is found through the high-speed pad.

4. Pump suction, spit pipeline should be bracket, can not be used to support the pipeline. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipe should be the same as that of the pump inlet and outlet pipe.

5. When installing ZMD series self-priming pump, you should first take over the inlet pipe, then fill the outlet pipe with liquid, and correct the steering. The inlet pipe of the pump must match the pump. The total length shall not exceed 5 meters.

6. After installation, turn the coupling by hand to check for friction.

7. It is strictly forbidden for magnetic pumps to extract media containing particles.

8. In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump, a filter should be installed at the entrance, and the filter area should be 3-4 times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipe.

9. The high lift pump should also install a check valve in the outlet pipe to prevent water hammer damage caused by sudden shutdown.

10. The installation height of the fluorine-lined pump must meet the cavitation allowance of the pump, and the pipeline loss and medium temperature must be taken into account.

11. When the medium temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken to prevent seal deformation and static ring cracking.


Start and operate:

1. Before starting, the fluorine-lined pump should be filled with liquid to be transported (such as when the pump is absorbed), the outlet gate valve should be closed, and the power supply should be connected.

2. Turn on the power and check that the pump is turning correctly.

3. The unit is debugged for 3-6 minutes, and can be put into operation if there is no abnormal phenomenon.

4. When shutting down, the gate valve should be turned off first, and then cut off the power supply.

Maintenance and maintenance:

1. Check fluorine-lined pumps and motors regularly and replace vulnerable parts.

2. When the machine is not in use for a long time, the internal flow channel of the pump should be cleaned and the power supply should be cut off.

3. No idle operation is allowed.
