Pre-sales service: 

RISTER Group Co., Ltd. must do a good job in the selection and quotation of products; provide samples of products ordered by the buyer, including product introduction, performance parameters, installation dimensions, installation, commissioning and matters needing attention; and provide other technical materials required by the buyer.

After-sales service: 

A.The contract products shall be provided on time, quality and quantity, and the service such as quality insurance in transit shall be undertaken by the supplier.

B.Equipment warranty period: the product quality assurance period is based on the qualified time of equipment installation and commissioning, and the warranty period is 12 months. during the warranty period, all the quality accidents caused by the equipment itself shall be borne by the seller. if the failure caused by misoperation or improper use by the user, the seller will give support to the spare parts and only charge the cost of the parts to be replaced.

C.If there are any problems in the on-site installation process after the product arrives, the supplier will formulate the installation plan according to the specific conditions of the user within 2 hours after receiving the notice, and guide the user to install and connect the equipment correctly.

D.The supplier provides round-the-clock service.
