Maintenance of UHB-ZK mortar pump:

a. The lubricating oil in the bearing housing should be changed regularly and normally once every six months.

b. In the cold season, if there is icing after stopping the pump, you should first turn on the cooling water at the sealing place, and if necessary, heat the water to thaw, then use the hand disk to move the coupling until the operation is flexible, and then start according to the start-up steps.

c. For a pump with a cooling water device, the cooling water should be connected before starting. When the pump is in normal operation, it can continue to be connected, and it can also be stopped if the conditions do not permit. The flow rate and pressure of cooling water are not required. Tap water can be used.

d. The operation of the pump when closing the outlet valve is called closed pressure operation state, and the closed pressure running time of full plastic pump or lined plastic pump should be shortened as much as possible, the normal temperature medium should not exceed 5 minutes, and the high temperature medium should not exceed 2 minutes.

e. For the pump of the middle split pump shell, such as the pump above the imported 150mm, the sealing plastic at the middle plane has some changes due to thermal expansion and cold shrinkage, so the connecting bolts at the middle division should be tightened before connecting the inlet pipe to prevent the leakage of the middle face. this is especially important for users in the north.

f. The pump can not bear the weight of the inlet and outlet pipe, the shorter the inlet line, the better, and the vertical height of the pump outlet to the valve should be as short as possible.

g. Keep no water marks on the motor to prevent the motor from getting wet.
