How to prolong the service life of magnetic pump

With the rapid development of domestic pump industry, magnetic pump is famous for its excellent performance. This paper introduces the application method of CQB magnetic pump. When using CQB magnetic pump, you should pay special attention to the following points, otherwise it may cause damage and shorten its service life.

1. If the conveying medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added at the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

2. Since the cooling and sliding of the magnetic pump bearings are carried by the tracked medium, no-load operation is strictly prohibited, and the space-time load caused by power outage in the working process is avoided, and then move again.

3. The ambient temperature of the pump in use should be lower than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.

4. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be checked, and the worn parts that are not suitable for repeated use should be replaced.

5. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use to discharge the liquid accumulated in the pump.

6, the conveying medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of pump materials: engineering plastic pump temperature less than 60 ℃, metal pump temperature lower than 100C, point feed suction pressure not greater than 0.2MPa, limit working pressure 1.6MPa, density not greater than 1600Kg/m ², viscosity not more than 30 × 10-6 ℃ / S, which is a liquid without hard particles and fibers.
