The high temperature magnetic pump is composed of pump head, magnetic actuator and motor. The key component magnetic actuator consists of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve.


1. Permanent magnet.


The permanent magnet made of materials has a wide operating temperature range (- 45ft 400 ℃), high coercivity, good anisotropy in the magnetic field direction, and does not occur demagnetization when it is close to the pole, so it is a good magnetic field source.

2. Isolation sleeve.


When the metal isolation sleeve is used, the isolation sleeve is in a sinusoidal alternating magnetic field, and the eddy current is induced and converted into heat on the cross section perpendicular to the magnetic line of force.


A. Insufficient lift. The reasons for this failure are: air in the conveying medium, impeller damage, insufficient rotational speed, excessive proportion of dao conveying liquid, and excessive flow rate.


B. The shaft of high temperature magnetic pump is broken. The pump shaft of the CQB high temperature magnetic pump is made of 99% alumina porcelain. The main reason for the pump shaft fracture is that the shaft is twisted due to the empty operation of the pump and the dry grinding of the bearing. When disassembling the pump for inspection, we can see that the bearing has been worn seriously. The main way to prevent the pump from breaking is to avoid the idle operation of the pump.


C. Insufficient flow. The main causes of insufficient flow are: impeller damage, insufficient rotational speed, too high head, sundries blockage in the pipe and so on.


D. The high temperature magnetic pump can not produce liquid. The failure of high temperature magnetic pump to produce liquid is the most common failure of the pump, and there are many reasons. First of all, we should check whether there is air leakage in the suction pipe of the pump, check whether the air in the suction pipe is discharged, whether the amount of liquid injected into the high temperature magnetic pump is enough, and whether there is debris blockage in the suction tube. You should also check whether the pump is reversed (especially after changing the motor or after the power supply line is overhauled), and you should also pay attention to whether the suction height of the pump is too high. If the above inspection still can not be solved, the pump can be taken apart and checked to see whether the pump shaft is broken, and whether the moving ring and static ring of the pump are in good condition, and whether the whole rotor can move axially. If it is difficult to move axially, check whether the carbon bearing is too close to the pump shaft.
