Daily installation and maintenance of self-priming acid pump

In view of the abnormal problems in the use of the self-priming acid pump put forward by some customers, we now share some knowledge about the installation and maintenance of the self-priming acid pump.

(1) manually check whether the self-priming acid pump and its pipeline and joint are loose; regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve and replace it in time after the wear is large.

(2) add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the middle line of the oil standard and replace and replenish it in time.

(3) unscrew the diversion plug of the self-priming acid pump body, pour water (or slurry), and close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.

(4) check whether the motor steering is correct. After the normal operation of the self-priming acid pump, open the outlet pressure gauge and the imported vacuum self-priming acid pump, when it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the load of the motor.

(5) try to control the flow rate and head of the self-priming acid pump within the range indicated on the sign, so as to keep the self-priming acid pump running at the efficiency point, so as to achieve great energy-saving effect.

(6) during the operation of the self-priming acid pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35 ℃ and the temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.

(7) when the self-priming acid pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

(8) adjust the packing gland regularly to keep the dripping condition in the filling chamber normal (it is suitable for drip leakage)
