1. When the horizontal centrifugal pump starts, the prime mover or power supply is not normal. When this happens, we should first check the power supply and prime mover to see if the power supply and prime mover are normal, and correct them in time if they are abnormal.

2. The horizontal centrifugal pump is stuck, which usually occurs in the maintenance of the old pump, or when the pump is not running for a long time, this may happen when the pump is suddenly opened, because the seal in the pump body is stuck because of corrosion or other parts. The way to deal with this situation is to use hands or pipe pliers to drive the coupling to see if the pump can rotate normally. If it can rotate, it means that the pump is not stuck. If it can not turn, disintegrate and check if necessary to eliminate the dynamic and static part of the fault.

3. Another reason for the high load of the pump is that the seal of the pump is too tight during installation, such as the pressure at the packing of the pump is too tight or the moving ring pressure of the mechanical seal is too tight. The method of treatment is to relax the packing or relax the moving ring of the mechanical seal.

4. If the outlet valve of the horizontal centrifugal pump is not closed when the pump is opened, the pump load will increase and the motor noise will be very loud. Although this is a very easy problem to deal with, but it is also easy to ignore by many customers, the way to deal with it is to close the discharge valve and restart.

5. it is necessary to keep the balance pipe unblocked at the inlet and outlet of the centrifugal pump. when installing the new pipe, some installers fail to clean up the blockage in the pipe because of mistakes or carelessness, which leads to the increase of the load of the motor caused by the blockage of the pipeline. the way to deal with it is to dredge the balance pipe and let the liquid flow normally.
