What are the components of the FYH-submerged pump?

The submerged pump is widely used as a tank. The submerged pump has a vertical structure, occupies a small area, and the pump body is directly inserted into the liquid, so the key parts of the submerged pump are as follows.


1. Guide vane and pump housing.

In order to reduce the kinetic energy damage caused by the impact caused by the liquid leaving the impeller when it immediately enters the pump shell, sometimes there is a fixed guide pulley with blades between the impeller and the pump shell. The vane in the guide wheel slowly turns the liquid into the pump shell and continues to expand through the channel, so that part of the mechanical energy can be reasonably converted into negative pressure energy. Guide pulleys are generally installed in multi-stage submerged pumps.

The pump shell, the backward curved blade on the impeller and the guide pulley can all improve the conversion rate of mechanical energy to negative pressure energy, so they can all be regarded as energy conversion equipment.


2. Shaft sealing equipment.


Because the pump shaft rotates and the pump shell is fixed, there must be a certain gap at the contact between the shaft and the pump shell. In order to prevent the pressurized liquid in the pump from exposing along the gap, or to prevent external gas from entering the pump from the opposite direction, the shaft sealing equipment must be set. The shaft seal equipment of the submerged pump has the sealing property of packing box and mechanical equipment (inner hole). The packing box is to make a sealing ring of the pump shaft over the annular gap of the pump shell, in which the soft packing (such as asbestos rope soaked in oil or coated with high purity graphite, etc.) is installed. The machine seal is composed of a moving ring installed on the transmission shaft and another static ring fixed on the pump shell. The inner holes of the two rings rotate relative to each other by elastic yellow force, which has the effect of sealing. The machine seal is suitable for places with high tightness, such as conveyer acid, alkali, flammable, flammable, explosive and harmful liquids.


3. Impeller.


According to its mechanical structure, it can be divided into three types: closed type, semi-closed type and open type. The closed impeller is suitable for conveyer cleaning liquid; the semi-closed impeller and open impeller are suitable for the mixture of solid particles in the conveyor, which has high efficiency and low efficiency.

According to the different suction methods, the impeller can be divided into single suction type and double suction type. The structure of the single suction impeller is simple, and the liquid can only be sucked in from one side. In addition, the double suction impeller can absorb liquid symmetrically from both sides of the impeller, which not only has a great ability to absorb liquid, but also mostly removes the radial thrust.

According to the geometric shape of the blade on the impeller, the blade can be divided into three types: backward bending, axial bending and forward bending. Because the backward curved blade is beneficial to the liquid mechanical energy conversion into negative pressure energy, it is widely used; the axial blade is used in part of the flow pump and non-clogging pump; the forward curved blade is rarely used in the submerged pump.
