Use and maintenance of mortar pump

(1) before using the UHB mortar pump, carefully check the lubrication and the connection of the moving parts. Foreign bodies in the pump cavity must not be allowed.

(2) the steering of the UHB mortar pump shaft must be in accordance with the direction indicated by the pump nameplate. For impellers with some thread connections, reversal will cause the impellers to be removed. Make the impeller bump against the front guard and pull off the thread.

(3) before starting the UHB mortar pump, open the outgassing plug to fill the pump cavity with liquid and exhaust the air, and then tighten the venting plug.

(4) the UHB mortar pump should be started when the suction pipe gate valve is opened and the discharge pipe gate valve is closed. After starting, the 1~1min slowly opens the gate valve of the discharge pipe to make the pump run smoothly.

(5) the displacement and pressure of the pump must not be adjusted by closing the inlet gate valve, otherwise it will cause cavitation damage to the pump.

(6) when the liquid level in the circulating tank is low, the pump should be turned off and start again after the liquid is filled to avoid cavitation damage to the pump.

(7) after closing the mortar pump, the suction pipe gate valve should be closed and the liquid in the pump should be drained. If the pump is out of use for more than one day, the overflowing parts of the pump should be washed with clean water, and the sealing parts should be washed clean to ensure that the pump starts smoothly next time.

(8) the temperature rise in the bearing part and disk root part of the pump should be checked frequently, generally not more than 60 °C.

(9) regular inspection and filling of grease or lubricating oil, lubrication with dilute oil should be changed 3 times a year.

(10) the packing pressure should be tight and appropriate, and it is appropriate to drip 2 / 5 drops per minute.
