1.The concept of magnetic pump.

Magnetic drive pump, also known as magnetic pump, is characterized by no shaft seal components, that is, there is no dynamic seal leakage point. The magnetic drive pump is composed of a pump, a magnetic actuator, a special structure of the magnetic transmission pump and a motor. The key component of the magnetic actuator is composed of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve.

2.Transmission principle.
According to the principle that the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic medium, when the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the internal magnetic rotor connected with the impeller rotates synchronously through the action of the magnetic force line, and the non-contact transfer of torque is realized. from one shaft of the conventional pump with shaft seal parts to two shafts with isolation sleeve structure, the dynamic seal is transformed into static seal, and the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor are completely closed by pump body and isolation sleeve. As a result, the problem of medium leakage is thoroughly solved, the problem of "running, emitting, dripping and leakage" is thoroughly solved, and the hidden danger of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful medium leakage through the pump seal in the oil refining and chemical industry is eliminated. effectively ensure the physical and mental health of workers and safety in production.

3.Working conditions of magnetic pump.
Magnetic pump is a liquid without ferromagnetism and fiber, whose density is not greater than 1300kg/m3 and viscosity is not more than 30 × 10-6m3/S. The rated temperature of conventional magnetic pump is metal material or F46 lining, the maximum working temperature is 80 ℃ and the rated pressure is 1.6MPa; the service temperature of high temperature magnetic pump is ≤ 350C; for the pump body is non-metallic material, the maximum temperature is not more than 60 ℃ and the rated pressure is 0.6MPa.

For the liquid whose conveying medium density is greater than 1600kg/m3, the magnetic coupling needs to be designed separately. The bearing of the magnetic pump uses the transported medium for lubrication and cooling, and the drum magnetic pump generally forbids no-load operation.
