To improve the stability of fluorine-lined magnetic pump, maintenance is the key!

 

At present, Teflon lined magnetic pump is more and more widely used in chemical industry. Its main advantage is that it is suitable for transporting most corrosive media in non-leakage special medium environment. If you want to improve the stability of the fluorine-lined magnetic pump, the maintenance of the fluorine-lined magnetic pump is the key, and regular maintenance of equipment is also a way to reduce the equipment failure rate.



The following five points should be paid attention to in the maintenance of Teflon lined magnetic pump:

1. The front end of the shaft of Teflon lined magnetic pump is equipped with filling letter, the sealing function is reliable. At the same time, a mechanical sealing device is also installed on the bearing housing, so that a large number of leakage will not occur. It is normal to discharge a small amount of leakage through the leakage port, and it is normal to have a small amount of leakage at the beginning of the start-up operation. After running on the sealing surface within a certain period of time, the leakage will be reduced or stopped.

2. There are two ball bearing seats. A ball bearing on the side of the pump impeller of the magnetic pump is lubricated with heat conduction oil, and a ball bearing on the coupling side is lubricated with high temperature grease: each ball bearing must be removed and cleaned after 3000 hours of operation to check the diesel engine, the contact surface is damaged, and if there is damage, a new bearing must be replaced. When installing a ball bearing on one side of the impeller, the side of the dust cover should be installed on the impeller and opened before being filled with a heat conducting engine.

3. The design flow rate of the magnetic pump should not be less than 30% of the continuous operation. If it is necessary to run under this premise, the bypass pipe should be installed at the exit.

4. Check the looseness of the anchor bolt, whether the temperature of the magnetic pump shell is consistent with the inlet temperature, the fluctuation of the outlet pressure gauge and the vibration of the pump.

5. Pay attention to the operation of the fluorine-lined magnetic pump without noise, if found in a normal state, it should be dealt with immediately.
