Selection scheme of UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump!

1.Pump head: the pressure required by the filter press and the pressure drop of the conveying pipeline are determined, and the filter press generally needs head!

2.Pump flow: feed-press filter-discharge-the general large amount of feed needed!

3.Liquid density: need to transport medium density and solid content!

4.Pump material: determined according to the properties of the liquid transported! Optional (ht200 lined plastic, ht200 lined with corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant UHMWPE, ht200 lined with fep).

5.pump selection: ht200 lining corrosion-resistant wear-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene series corrosion-resistant wear-resistant mortar pump: if the material is very dry, the solid content is very high choose screw pump!

A.UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump is a reform of the layout of pump shell and impeller in the original series of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump. Secondary auxiliary impellers are arranged in the impeller disharmony, so as to prevent the positive pressure caused by high conveying pressure from being directly immersed on the seal, so that the negative pressure or zero pressure is always maintained between the seal k-ring and the shaft sleeve, thus delaying the service life of the seal. It has been proved by thousands of users that its sealing life is 1-3 times longer than that of the original series of pumps.

1.strong wear resistance: all the overflowing parts are made of steel lined with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe). The wear resistance of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe) ranks first among plastics, which is 4 times higher than nylon 66 (pa66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe), and 7-10 times higher than that of carbon steel and stainless steel.

2.strong attack resistance: the attack strength of UHMWPE ranks first in general engineering plastics, 5 times that of (acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene) copolymer (abs), and can remain unchanged at minus 196C, which is a characteristic that any other plastics do not have.

3.excellent corrosion resistance: the pump can withstand all kinds of decaying media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents in a certain range of temperature and concentration, and dip in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 30 days. There is no abnormal appearance, and other physical functions are almost unchanged.

4.low noise: the attack ability of UHMWPE is generally high in plastics and has good noise suppression, so it can greatly reduce the noise caused by liquid activities in the process of transportation.

5.safe and stable, non-toxic analysis: the chemical function of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe) recovered by the pump is extremely unchanged, so it is also suitable for use in the food industry.

6.low friction coefficient: the internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, so it has self-lubricity. Under the condition of water lubrication, the dynamic friction coefficient is half lower than that of pa66 and polyformaldehyde (pom). When things are done in the form of sliding or moving, they are better lubricated than steel and brass when lubricated.

7.good adhesion resistance: ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe) has excellent adhesion resistance, and its anti-adhesion ability is similar to that of ptfe, so it is outstanding when conveying some media with high viscosity.



B.Main functions of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump:


1.Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, one pump is multi-purpose, acid-alkali clear liquid slurry is suitable.

2.The pump body is steel lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), and the thickness of the lining is 8~20mm. The pump uses the patented skills of plastic lining and competes with other similar pumps. It has the advantages of good thermal deformation resistance, crack resistance, shedding resistance and temperature advantage.

3.There are two kinds of impeller separated type and closed type, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.

4.Seal: K-type power seal, K-1 power seal, t-type packing seal, T-1 packing seal, C3 non-standard seal.

5.Mixed medium: concentration less than 80% sulfuric acid, less than 50% nitric acid, various concentrations of hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, both clear liquid and slurry.
The main parameters of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump are as follows: temperature-20 ℃ ~ 90 ℃ (using modified material, it can be raised to more than 100C), inlet diameter 32mm~350mm, flow rate 5~2600m3/h, lift less than 80m.
