Iran ammonia project orders CQB-F Teflon lined magnetic pump

The volute and impeller rotor of CQB-F magnetic pump are made of Teflon plastic, together with the pump shaft made of silicon carbide, which is very suitable for the transportation of ammonia, no leakage, long service life and no need for frequent maintenance.

Before the start of the pump, the ammonia pump is filled with water in the pump shell (or there is water in the pump shell). After starting, the impeller rotates at a high speed to make the water flow in the impeller channel toward the vortex shell, then the inlet forms a vacuum, which makes the inlet backstop door open, and the air in the tube is inhaled into the pump and reaches the outer edge through the impeller channel.
