1.The function of Teflon lined valve.

The fluorine-lined valve is mainly used to regulate the liquid flow in the valve body to prevent the gas in the container from being compressed. It can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation in the container and prevent high-pressure fluid from leaking into the atmosphere and causing environmental pollution. In addition, fluorine-lined valves also have good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, so they are widely used in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant equipment or pipes, such as pump shells, storage tanks and so on. The commonly used control valve is the straight-wall spherical gate valve, which is often called "holding-pressure valve". This valve is simple in structure, easy to install and disassemble, and is usually used to adjust products of different specifications.

2.Commonly used regulating valves.

The regulating valve is a kind of valve, which is mainly used to control the flow of fluid. Regulating valves are divided into two types according to different pressure: one is high-pressure regulating valve, the other is low-pressure regulating valve. Common control valves are ball valve, gate valve and plug valve and so on. For commonly used control valves, they should be classified according to their functions. Plug valves are used to pump liquids quickly, intermittently or continuously to form a vacuum environment. Because the plug valve has a strong damping force, it has a small leakage tendency at high speed. When in use, it should be careful not to use the plug valve with other auxiliary equipment, so as to avoid mutual interference. In addition, when the plug valve is opened, it may cause the surrounding air to compress, resulting in an increase in air pressure in the pipe, or even dangerous.
