Installation requirements of submerged pump:

1. The submerged pump must be installed vertically on the fixed bracket above the liquid pool or sink.

2. The suction inlet of the submerged pump should be more than 200 mm from the bottom of the pool.

3. The outlet pipeline of the submerged pump must be equipped with a separate bracket, and its weight is not allowed to fall directly on the pump body.

Disassembly sequence of submerged pump:

1. The submerged pump closes the gate valve in the pressure outlet pipe and removes the connecting bolt or connecting pipe of the flange on the spitting pipe. Remove a section of pipeline whose length will not hinder the lifting of the pump.

2. The submerged pump loosens the connecting bolt between the motor frame and the motor, and hoists the motor.

3. Remove the bolts of the pump body and bracket and unscrew the impeller.

4. Remove the middle bracket and pull down the coupling.

5. Remove the upper and lower bearing cover of the bearing body to check the bearing condition.



Start and stop of submerged pump:

1. Check whether the axial clearance of the submerged pump has been adjusted (pull the coupling without friction sound).

2. Injection of calcium-based butter into the oil standard.

3. Observe whether the installation foundation of the submerged pumps is stable and whether the bolts of all parts are tightened.

4. Start the motor, open the pressure gauge cock, and adjust the opening of the gate valve to the desired range when the pump is working at full revolutions.

5. Check whether the rotation direction of the submerged pump motor is correct.

6. When the submerged pump stops running for a long time, the pump should be taken apart, wiped clean and properly preserved with antirust oil.

7. When the submerged pump stops working, stop the motor first, and then close the pressure gauge cock.

Operation of FYH submerged pump:

1. The butter in the motor support oil cup should be changed within the first month of work, or after 100 hours of operation, and then changed every 2000 hours after working.

2. The oil cup should be filled with calcium-based butter to ensure that the bearings of the submerged pump can be lubricated normally.

3, pay attention to the bearing temperature of the underwater pump, should not exceed the external temperature of 35 degrees, but the maximum should not be more than 75 degrees.

4. During the operation of the submerged pump, if you find noise or unusual sound, you should stop and check immediately.

5. When the submerged pump works for 6 hours, the machine seal should be checked and repaired or replaced according to the degree of wear, otherwise it will lead to damage to the pump shaft and bearing.

6. Check the elastic coupling regularly and pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearing.

7. The submerged pump shall carry out periodic inspection every 2000 hours. The friction loss of the gap between the impeller and the pump body (or pump cover) shall not be too large, and the maximum value of the clearance shall not exceed 1.5mm, if it exceeds the replaceable impeller or front cover.
