How to start the desulphurization circulating pump normally?

A-Desulfurization circulating pump is prepared before starting.

1. To test whether the motor turns correctly, it rotates clockwise from the top of the motor to the pump. The test time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal.

2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the whole pump body, and close the exhaust valve when it is full.

3. Check whether all parts are normal.

4. Use the hand disk to move the pump to get the lubricating liquid into the end face of the mechanical seal.

5. The high temperature type should be preheated at a heating rate of 50 ℃ / h in order to keep each part heated evenly.

B-Desulfurization circulating pump starts.

1. Fully open the inlet valve.

2. Close the valve of the spit line.

3. Start the motor and observe whether the pump is running normally.

4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to meet the required working conditions. If the user is equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the pump should operate at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the outlet valve opening. If the user does not have a flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the motor current of the pump should be measured by adjusting the outlet valve opening to make the motor run within the rated current. Otherwise, it will cause the pump overload operation (that is, high current operation) and cause the motor to burn out.

5. Check the motor, the temperature rise at the bearing is less than 70 ℃.

C-Desulfurization circulating pump stops.

1. In the high temperature type, the temperature is reduced first, the cooling rate is less than 10 ℃ / min, and the temperature is reduced to 80 ℃. The following is the only way to stop.

2. Close the outlet valve.

3. Stop the motor.

4. Close the inlet valve.

5. If it is out of use for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained.
