How to solve the problem of steam turbidity of magnetic pump?

The corrosion-resistant magnetic pump is welcomed by the majority of users because of its acid and alkali resistance, stable operation, small area and so on. However, some failures may occur in the use of the corrosion-resistant magnetic pump.

The main results are as follows:

1. The water supply of corrosion resistant magnetic pump is slow. In general, due to the large gap between the front jaw plate and the wind turbine, the outlet channel cannot be sealed and completely discharged. The solution is that we can adjust the clearance and outlet pipe at the same time.

2. corrosion-resistant magnetic pump leakage water pressure and flow rate is small, generally there is gas in the pump, the clutch plate is too loose, the wind turbine plate is damaged. The solution is to drain the gas from the pump, adjust the clearance, and remove and replace the fan impeller.

3. The damage of the magnetic pump body is generally caused by the poor environment of the decoration project (large particles), transportation distance, long water intake road and so on. The solution is to dismantle and replace the sand plant, increase the afterburner steam turbine, shorten the intake length and reduce cavitation.

4. The vibration of chemical magnetic pump is generally caused by misalignment of pump shaft and motor, damage of bearing shaft, imbalance of wind turbine and so on. Solution: adjust coaxiality, balance impeller, replace bearing.

5. The impeller, motor and shaft of the corrosion resistant magnetic pump are damaged due to the low lift of the high pressure pump and the difference between the pump shaft and the rear cover. The solution is to replace the high pressure pump with the high corrosion resistant underwater pump, adjust the coaxiality and replace the bearing.
