1.About acid and alkali resistant pump.

Some necessary checks should be made before starting: whether the rolling condition of the pump shaft is normal, whether there is a stuck phenomenon; whether the orientation of the impeller is normal; whether the cable and cable plugs are broken, bruised and broken, and so on. During operation, attention should be paid to investigating the change of voltage, which is generally controlled within ±5% of the extra voltage. In addition, the position of the chemical pump in the potion is very important. It should be selected as far as possible in the place where the amount of water is sufficient and free of impurities, hanging straight in the potion, not allowed to be placed horizontally, to avoid falling into the mud or blocking the entrance of the chemical pump by suspended solids, resulting in a sharp reduction in the amount of water or even unable to pump the potion.

2.About self-priming pump.

Should be placed in a well-ventilated local operation as far as possible, in order to facilitate rapid heat dissipation and lower motor temperature. Otherwise, it is easy to burn the motor in long-term operation. For example, when a farmer is using the self-priming pump, the plastic film covered on the motor is not removed, which causes the motor to overheat and burn out the coil. In addition, before starting, be sure to check the water storage in the pump body, otherwise, not only affect the self-priming function, but also easy to burn shaft seal parts. Under normal conditions, the chemical pump should be out of water 3-5 minutes after starting, otherwise it should be stopped immediately to check.

3.Repair of acid and alkali resistant pumps.

Once there is something wrong with the acid-alkali chemical pump, do not take it apart by yourself. As a result of their own open, first, do not know where the fault is to form a blind disassembly; second, there are no special tools and often damage the original parts. The best way is to go to experienced and planned repair points and replace "over-age" parts and some vulnerable parts in time. Under normal conditions, the chemical pump should be repaired every six months.
