How to improve the self-priming time of the pump?

The pump completely solves the problems of large axial pulling force, long self-priming time and low efficiency of the high suction self-priming pump, and has the advantages of high suction distance, short self-priming time, high use efficiency, remarkable energy saving effect, smooth operation, long service life and so on.

1. The discharge valve must be opened to start.
The gas in the suction pipe of the self-priming pump must be pumped away after starting by the self-priming pump, so the valve must be opened so that the gas can be discharged from the discharge outlet.

2. There should be enough liquid in the cavity of the high suction self-priming pump.
If there is no liquid in the cavity of the self-priming centrifugal pump, the gas-liquid foam mixture can not be formed and can not be pumped. There is too little in the cavity of the self-priming pump to pump air.
