1. Hydrochloric acid.

2. Sulfuric acid.

Sulphuric acid pump can only choose fluoroplastic (F46) pump (such as low-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid can choose cast iron pump), because concentrated sulfuric acid will corrode ordinary industrial sulfuric acid pump is divided into dilute sulfuric acid pump and concentrated sulfuric acid pump, the former can choose engineering plastic pump, ceramic pump, or F46 pump, F26 pump, the latter (concentrated sulfuric acid pump side plastic, and fluorine plastic will not be corroded. Also pay attention to the high density of concentrated sulfuric acid, pump selection when the motor power should pay attention to the allocation of large, the simple algorithm is "shaft power" * 1.84 is the shaft power when conveying concentrated sulfuric acid.

3. Hydrofluoric acid.

Hydrofluoric acid is very corrosive, so it is recommended to choose fluoroplastic magnetic pump (and be sure to replace the ceramic parts of this series of pumps with hydrofluoric acid resistant materials).

4. Nitric acid.

Nitric acid pump is also recommended to choose fluoroplastic magnetic pump, and the rubber sealing ring should be replaced with tetrafluoro material.

Acetic acid is one of the most corrosive substances in organic acids. Ordinary steel will be seriously corroded in acetic acid at all concentrations and temperatures. Stainless steel is an excellent acetic acid resistant material. 316 stainless steel containing molybdenum is also suitable for high temperature and dilute acetic acid steam. For harsh requirements such as high temperature and high concentration acetic acid or containing other corrosion media, high alloy stainless steel or fluoroplastic magnetic pump can be selected. Such as CQB magnetic pump, CQ316L stainless steel magnetic pump.

5. Salt water (sea water).

Ordinary steel in sodium chloride solution and sea water, salt water corrosion rate is not too high, generally need to use paint protection; all kinds of stainless steel also have a very low uniform corrosion rate, but may be caused by chloride ion caused local corrosion, usually 316 stainless steel is better, but its price is higher, it is recommended to choose fluoroplastic centrifugal pump, such as Blue Star pump IHF chemical centrifugal pump.
