Since the sliding bearing of the fluoroplastic magnetic pump is lubricated and cooled by the transmission medium, during operation, the lubrication channel must provide sufficient medium flow to lubricate and cool the annular gap area between the internal magnetic rotor and the isolation sleeve, and the friction pairs between the sliding bearing, the thrust disk and the shaft. But the manufacturer only opens an oil return hole between a pair of sliding bearings, which is the middle part of the pump shaft. The shaft and the reflux hole are not through holes, which will lead to insufficient flow of cooling and lubricating media through the friction pair, the heat generated can not be taken away in time, and a good liquid friction state can not be established and maintained. Poor self-lubrication cooling leads to dry friction of the sliding bearing, resulting in shaft retention, while the external magnetic rotor continues to rotate to generate heat. Below the working limit temperature of the internal magnetic rotor (NdFeB is 120 ℃), the decrease of the transmission capacity is reversible, while the temperature higher than the limit temperature is irreversible. After the cooling of the internal magnetic rotor, the lost transmission capacity can no longer be restored, resulting in the gradual loss of magnetism of the internal magnetic rotor, resulting in high-temperature degaussing of the internal magnetic rotor.
