Troubleshooting method for bearing of stainless steel magnetic pump.

The bearing system lubrication principle and rotor axial force balance principle of stainless steel magnetic pump provide a perfect theoretical basis for magnetic pump, so the pump can generally achieve a good state of stability, low noise, complete loss: leakage at the initial stage of operation. However, with the advance of running time, the defects of bearings appear under the continuous action of liquid hydraulic force.
1. Liquid automatic knotting can not make the axial thrust of the rotor reach absolute balance. This is due to the fact that both sides of the rotor subjected to hydraulic force are not completely symmetrical in structure. Thus, in any state, the rotor will be subjected to the total thrust pointing in a certain direction, and the two parts of the thrust bearing in this direction will be pressed and rubbed relative to each other.

2. In some cases, the increase of the total axial force of the rotor or commutation leads to an increase in the load of the thrust bearing:


A. Pump operating conditions caused by large fluctuations. In the actual operation, if the operating parameters (inlet pressure, outlet pressure) fluctuate greatly, the hydraulic balance of the magnetic pump rotor will be destroyed, and the sliding bearing will bear greater radial force and axial force.


B. The process is caused by the reverse pump. There are 2 circulating pumps in the process absorption tower, one on and one ready. In order to verify the integrity of the spare pump and ensure that the spare pump can be turned on at any time, the pump is usually reversed once every half a month (that is, the backup pump turns on and off), and each time the magnetic pump is opened or stopped, the pressure of the liquid medium on both sides of the impeller has a process of high and low exchange in a short time, resulting in a reverse switching of thrust in a short time, when the thrust bearing is collided.


C. Because of these characteristics of axial force in the actual operation of magnetic pump, thrust bearing is required not only to have good wear resistance and hardness, but also to have high compressive strength, toughness, extrusion resistance and mechanical impact resistance. However, the compressive strength and toughness of hard graphite are poor, so it is easy to be damaged and broken during the operation of the magnetic pump, and the fragments are taken away by the medium liquid. Under the action of liquid eddy current, the axial displacement of the rotor increases and the radial vibration intensifies. Radial graphite bearings are damaged by shaft extrusion and impact. At the same time, the inner parts of the magnetic pump, such as the internal magnetic steel body, the bearing body and the impeller sealing ring, are damaged by friction with each other, the noise is enhanced, and the output of the pump is reduced, until it can not run.
