For the magnetic pump which is easy to operate under the minimum flow rate, in order to ensure the long-term operation of the magnetic pump, a reflux pipeline is added on the outlet pipeline of the pump to return directly from the outlet line of the pump to the inlet pipeline of the pump to ensure that the pump runs in the safety protection zone.

1. Ferromagnetic impurities and particles are not allowed to enter the magnetic actuator and bearing friction pair.

2. Wash the easily crystallized or precipitated medium in time (rinse with ethylbenzene in the pump cavity after stopping the pump, keep it clean after rinsing and discharge clean after running for one minute) to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing.

3. When conveying media containing solid particles, an inlet filter should be added to the pipeline of the pump to prevent the solid particles from accumulating in the gap between the isolation sleeve and the internal and external magnetic steel.

4. When the internal and external rotors are out of sync and the bearing cooling and lubrication is poor due to pump emptying or other process operation instability, the time shall not be more than five minutes.

5. Fill the liquid to remove the air before starting up, and ensure that the pipeline is smooth.

6. It is required that before starting the magnetic pump, the temperature of the control medium should not be too low. Too low medium temperature will cause great changes in the viscosity of the medium, and the increase of viscosity will reduce the flow rate of the flushing and lubricating pipeline of the magnetic pump.

D. do a good job in maintenance.

1. It is strictly controlled that the radial eccentricity of the internal and external clearance between the internal and external magnetic steel and the isolation sleeve is not greater than 0.3mm.

2. The axial clearance between the ends of the graphite bearing on the thrust disk should not be less than 1mm.

3. Do a good job of pump alignment to prevent friction of the isolation sleeve.
